Guido Canale – Equity Partner

He is professor of civil procedural law at the Amedeo Avogadro University of Eastern Piedmont – Faculty of Law – Alessandria campus. In 2017 and 2018 he lectured at the Higher School of the Judiciary and at the Court of Cassation on higher training courses for magistrates, as well as on the II level Master’s Degree in Business Crisis Law at the La Sapienza University of Rome. During the years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 he taught on the Master’s Degree in Business Crisis Management at the University of Pisa. In 2003 he was a professor at the Bocconi University of Milan in Bankruptcy Law and from 2003 to 2008 a lecturer on the PhD in Business Law.
