Guido Canale – Equity Partner

Born in Turin on 18 July 1958, he acts in the fields of corporate and commercial law, bankruptcy law, civil procedural law and arbitration.
He is professor of civil procedural law at the Amedeo Avogadro University of Eastern Piedmont – Faculty of Law – Alessandria campus. In 2017 and 2018 he lectured at the Higher School of the Judiciary and at the Court of Cassation on higher training courses for magistrates, as well as on the II level Master’s Degree in Business Crisis Law at the La Sapienza University of Rome. During the years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 he taught on the Master’s Degree in Business Crisis Management at the University of Pisa. In 2003 he was a professor at the Bocconi University of Milan in Bankruptcy Law and from 2003 to 2008 a lecturer on the PhD in Business Law.
Since 2014 he has been a member of the Executive Council of the Training School of Legal Professions at the University of Turin.
He has lectured and spoken at numerous conventions; he is the author of two monographs and numerous publications on bankruptcy law, civil procedural law and arbitration. He is a member of the publishing and editorial committee of the Procedural Law Journal and is an ordinary member of the Association between civil procedural scholars and the Italian Arbitration Association.

Maria Cristina Tosetto – Of Counsel

Since 1976 she has worked in the sectors of family law and minors, with particular expertise in ADR.
She has been a systemic family mediator since 2003 with a diploma obtained following a two-year training course issued by AIMS (International Association of Systemic Mediators). She has been trained in Collaborative Practice since 2013 and is a member of the AIADC (Italian Association of Collaborative Professionals). After holding the role, for the two year period 2016/2018, of member of the Scientific Committee of the AIADC, she is currently a member of the Association’s Executive Board as well as member of IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals).

Roberta Ponte – Collaborator
